I heard very good things about this flatiron, but only from people online, so I was a little nervous because this was such a big purchase for me. It performs the way I expected, which is good, and does not leave my hair with the burning smell since it is ceramic. My last flatiron was not ceramic. Overall I say this is a good flatiron, and I would recommend, but I’ve not tried any medium priced ceramic flatirons, so I can’t really compare to others that may be a little cheaper.

Great product great fast shipping. Although it did not come with the storage heat proof bag worth $25.00 which was a deciding factor with my order.

As another reviewer noted the flat iron did not initially come with the free safety mat/travel bag that was advertised. This was the main reason that I ordered the product from this company vs another site. I emailed the company and had an immediate response. The service representative noted that the matt/bag ships seperately and would come in the mail shortly after the main shipment. I received the mat/bag aproximately 2 working days later. While I was surprised that the two pieces did not ship together, I was very pleased with the great customer service. The product is a gift, so I have not used the product,but two thumbs up fo the service team.
